COMMON INFORMATION

Loudly party’s are not allowed, alltho family party’s are allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin and outside terrace areas.

There are no locked skistorage in cabin.

SAUNA

There are two ways to heat the sauna stove; straight away and timing. Don’t keep the sauna on in vain because when it’s on, all apartment radiators are automatically turned off.  The sauna is in (60C) in an half hour after it has started heating. The heat controller must be in the max position. Make sure that the ventilation flap is closed when the sauna is in use and turn off the ventilation. Open the flap after you’re done using the sauna. There is a timer in the stove, so make sure that you don´t turn the timer on if you want to heat the sauna right away.

When heating the sauna, do not use many other devices because it may cause overload and a fuse may blow.

VENTILATION & AC AND HEATING

VENTILATION

The ventilation control is in the cooker hood. The fan should always be kept at least in position one. When taking a sauna, turn off the ventilation and turn it on after the sauna.

AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMP

Use the pump only for heating. The pump has a remote control that controls the pump’s heating.

RADIATOR AND HEATING

Underfloor heating thermostats should not be turned above 3 (recommended 2.5).

There is an electric radiator in the bedroom upstairs, the setting of which is kept at a maximum of 17 degrees (normal setting 14), the temperature must not be changed higher, because the radiator heats up efficiently.
The roller blind must not be closed against the radiator.

DOMESTIC APPLIANCES

DISHWASHER

If you have problems with the dishwasher, please first check that the water is on. The switch can be found on the water faucet of the kitchen sink.

COLD STORAGE FACILITIES

The cabin’s refrigerator is empty on arrival. Please notice that if you fill the fridge with food and drinks that are not cold, it takes a while for the fridge to cool down again. Thus we recommend that you put only mandatory food items in first.
The refrigerator door should also not be kept open for a long time.

You can cool down the drinks outside at the terrace.

VENTILATION & AC

VENTILATION

The ventilation control is in the cooker hood. The fan should always be kept at least in position one. When taking a sauna, the ventilation is increased to position 2-3.

AC: AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMP

Some properties have an air source heat pump, the instructions for the remote control can be found in the cabin. ATTENTION! Don’t use the cooling mode during winter because the device may freeze and break.

If you have problems with the dishwasher, please first check that the water is on. The switch can be found on the water faucet of the kitchen sink.

COLD STORAGE FACILITIES

The cabin’s refrigerator is empty on arrival. Please notice that if you fill the fridge with food and drinks that are not cold, it takes a while for the fridge to cool down again. Thus we recommend that you put only mandatory food items in first, and maybe use the freezer for pre-cooling your drinks and then moving them into the fridge.
The refrigerator door should also not be kept open for a long time.

WASTE DISPOSAL

There are garbage cans in the yard.

ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING AND CAR HEATING

There are no heating poles for the car.

Charging from the cabin’s plugs is prohibited.

Electric car charging points are located in Sappee’s main parking lot.
To use the charging point you need to download the application eparking.fi. Payment is made through the application.
