These are the terms of delivery regarding Sappee Resort’s Snow Rent Card Season Pass (later: Snow Rent Card). These terms apply between Sappee Resort (later: Sappee) and season pass purchaser (later: customer).
For the winter season, Sappee sells a limited number of Snow Rent Cards. The price of the card is 109,90€ for the winter season 2023-2024.
Snow Rent Cards are sold via the Sappee web shop. Snow Rent Cards are sold in the order in which they are purchased.
By purchasing a Snow Rent Card from Sappee Resort, the customer agrees to comply with the following rules:
- Paying for the season ticket. The season ticket is paid at the time of purchase in Sappee’s online store.
- Season ticket validity period. The season ticket is valid for the winter season 2023-2024, starting when the season ticket has been paid. The winter season starts when Sappee officially has one slope open and is valid as long as the slopes are open.
- The season ticket is personal. A season ticket is issued when the customer (the person registered on the card) comes to use the service for the first time. The customer must bring along a photo of the card user (passport photo or similar) and identification.
- A person registered with a season ticket can use a standard skiing equipment set (including downhill skis, boots and skiing poles) or a standard snowboard set (including a snowboard and boots) for one day at a time, by presenting a valid season ticket at the equipment rental office.
- Availability of rental equipment. Equipment availability depends on the availability of Sappee’s normal rental equipment capacity.
- If the card is misused, Sappee has the right to take the card out of use for a limited period of time or, in cases of flagrant abuse, take the season pass out of the customer’s use entirely.
All Around Card Season Pass, terms of delivery
These are the terms of delivery regarding Sappee Resort’s All Around Card Season Pass (later: All Around Card). These terms apply between Sappee Resort (later: Sappee) and season pass purchaser (later: customer).
For the winter season, Sappee sells a limited number of All Around Cards. The price of the card is 159,99€ for the winter season 2023-2024.
All Around Cards are sold via the Sappee web shop. All Around Cards are sold in the order in which they are purchased.
- Paying for the season ticket. The season ticket is paid at the time of purchase in Sappee’s online store.
- Season ticket validity period. The season ticket is valid for the winter season 2023-2024, starting when the season ticket has been paid. The winter season starts when Sappee officially has one slope open and is valid as long as the slopes are open.
- The season ticket is personal. A season ticket is issued when the customer (the person registered on the card) comes to use the service for the first time. The customer must bring along a photo of the card user (passport photo or similar) and identification.
- A person registered with a season ticket can use a standard skiing equipment set (including downhill skis, boots and skiing poles) or a standard snowboard set (including a snowboard and boots) for one day at a time, by presenting a valid season ticket at the equipment rental office.
- A person registered with an equipment season pass can also take with them one set of standard skiing equipment (including skis, boots and poles) if they wish. The customer can use the skiing equipment set in the center of his choice. The ski equipment set must be returned to the equipment rentals in Sappee at the latest when the ski season in Sappee ends, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
- Availability of rental equipment. Equipment availability depends on the availability of Sappee’s normal rental equipment capacity.
The customer is responsible for the rented equipment and is liable for compensation in accordance with the contract conditions of the equipment rental companies of the Finnish Ski Center Association. If the equipment breaks while the customer is skiing outside of Sappee, Sappee is not obliged to reimburse the customer for any expenses incurred by the customer.
- If the card is misused, Sappee has the right to take the card out of use for a limited period of time or, in cases of flagrant abuse, take the season pass out of the customer’s use entirely.
- When the customer uses the opportunity to take the rental equipment with them, they must leave their equipment season card as a deposit for the duration of the rental.
Other delivery conditions must be observed. Regarding the season ticket, the contract terms regarding rental equipment approved between the Finnish Ski Federation and the consumer’s representative are also observed.
